Return Process

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid VIP shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
